1. Log in and go to Analytics (or the at-a-glance stats on your Profile Dashboard).
2. Check profile views, link clicks, referrers, and top-performing links. -
How do I upgrade or manage my subscription?
1. Go to Account Settings.
2. See your plan, renewal date, and billing history.
3. Click Manage Billing to change plans, update payment methods, or download invoices.
4. To pause or cancel, click Cancel Subscription; features remain until renewal. -
I didn't receive my verification email. What should I do?
1. Check Spam/Promotions tabs.
2. Add[email protected]to your safe‑senders.
3. Click Resend Verification on the Login page.

How do I delete my account and data?
1. Go to Account Settings.
2. Under Danger Zone, click Delete My Account.
3. Confirm—you'll lose your profile, vCards, and analytics permanently.

How do I customize my public profile?
1. After logging in, open your Profile Editor.
2. Upload banners, profile images, and choose a theme.
3. Add custom links, embed videos, or insert booking widgets like Calendly or TidyCal.
4. Save changes — your public page updates instantly. -
How do QR codes on Abutic work?
1. Every vCard generates a built‑in QR code automatically.
2. Free users receive a static QR code linked to their profile.
3. Abutic+ users unlock dynamic QR actions such as redirecting to a custom URL, auto‑download contact, or opening a specific link.
4. Not sure which QR tool you need? Start with the QR Hub.
5. You can change your QR action anytime in Settings. -
Where can I track my NFC card orders?
1. After purchasing, you'll receive a confirmation email and a tracking link once shipped.
2. Visit your Order Dashboard to view order status and fulfillment updates.
3. If your order includes engraving previews, you'll receive mockups before production.

How do I edit or replace my NFC card design?
1. Visit your Order Dashboard.
2. Select your active order to view design preview and engraving details.
3. If edits are allowed, upload a corrected image or update your engraving text.

Why isn't my vCard image updating?
1. Make sure the file is under 5MB and in JPG/PNG format.
2. Clear your browser cache — images may be cached for up to 24 hours.
3. VCF downloads may also, although rarely, require re‑generation in vCard Generator. -
Why isn't my QR code updating after I change settings?
1. Dynamic QR changes apply instantly for Abutic+ users.
2. Static QR codes require generating a new image from the QR Code Generator.
3. If you're using printed NFC cards, the physical QR will not change — only the digital redirect updates.
4. If redirects aren't working for Dynamic QR Codes, check QR Action Settings or compare the options in the QR Hub. -
What are NFC cards and how do they work?
NFC (Near Field Communication) cards are physical business cards embedded with a chip that allows smartphones to instantly access your digital profile when tapped. Simply tap your NFC card against any compatible smartphone (iPhone 7+ or Android with NFC enabled), and your contact information, social links, portfolio, or custom webpage opens instantly—no apps required. It's like a magic business card that never runs out. -
What's the difference between Steel and Copper cards?
Stainless Steel Cards: Premium, durable, and sleek with a modern silver finish. Perfect for professionals who want a timeless, elegant look. Available with front-only or front+back engraving.
Copper/Brass Cards: Warm, luxurious appearance with a distinctive gold-tone finish. Features a matte black coating with gold-tone engraving for a premium, eye-catching design. Great for making a bold statement.
Both cards function identically—the choice is purely aesthetic. Both include the same NFC chip technology and customization options. -
How do I use my NFC card?
1. For iPhone users (iPhone 7+): Simply tap the NFC card against the back of your iPhone. The phone will automatically detect the NFC chip and open your profile.
2. For Android users: Ensure NFC is enabled in your settings, then tap the card against your phone. Most modern Android devices support NFC.
3. No app required: The card works natively with your phone's built-in NFC reader.
4. The card can be tapped from either side—just make sure the phone is close enough (within 1-2 inches). -
What devices are compatible with NFC cards?
iPhone: iPhone 7 and newer models (iPhone 7, 8, X, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and all Pro/Max variants). iPhone 6 and older do not support NFC reading.
Android: Most Android devices from 2017 onwards support NFC. Popular compatible brands include Samsung, Google Pixel, OnePlus, and most major manufacturers. Check your phone's settings to ensure NFC is enabled.
Note: The card works with any NFC-enabled device, so recipients don't need to have the same phone brand as you. -
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days after your mockup is approved.
Expedited Shipping: 4-5 business days after approval (add $5 at checkout or upgrade later).
Production Timeline:
1. Order placed → You receive confirmation email
2. Within 24 hours → Design mockup sent for approval
3. After approval → Production begins (2-3 business days)
4. Shipping → Cards are shipped via USPS/UPS/FedEx
United States: standard shipping is free. Canada and other countries: a flat shipping fee (currently $19 USD) is added at Stripe checkout. Duties or import taxes may apply and are the recipient's responsibility where applicable. -
What customization options do I have?
Engraving Options:
• Front Only: Your design/logo on one side
• Front + Back: Custom designs on both sides (+$5)

Can I update the NFC link after receiving my card?
Yes! The NFC chip links to your Abutic profile URL, which you can update anytime. When you change your profile information, links, or content, the NFC card automatically reflects those changes—no need to reorder cards. Simply log into your Abutic account and update your profile. The physical card stays the same, but the digital content it links to updates instantly. -
What information can I store on my NFC card?
Your NFC card links to your Abutic profile, which can include:
• Contact information (name, phone, email, address)
• Social media links (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Website or portfolio URL
• Custom links (Calendly, booking pages, etc.)
If the card links to your digital profile, you're not limited by physical space—add as much information as you want! -
Do you offer bulk orders for teams or companies?
Yes! We offer bulk pricing for orders of 5+ cards. Visit our Bulk Orders page for details. For larger corporate orders (50+ cards), contact us directly at [email protected] or via WhatsApp for custom pricing, branded designs, and dedicated account management. -
What if my NFC card stops working?
All Abutic NFC cards come with a lifetime warranty. If your card stops working due to a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free of charge. Simply contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll send you a replacement card right away. Note: Physical damage (bending, scratching, etc.) may not be covered, but we'll work with you to find a solution. -
Can I use my NFC card with multiple phones?
Absolutely! Your NFC card works with any NFC-enabled smartphone—iPhone, Android, or any other compatible device. There's no pairing or setup required. Anyone can tap your card with their phone and instantly access your profile. The card is universal and works the same way for everyone, making it perfect for networking events, meetings, or casual introductions. -
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe checkout. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay for faster checkout. All payments are processed securely and encrypted. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment. -
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States with free standard shipping. We ship to Canada and many other countries for a flat fee (currently $19 USD) shown at checkout when you select your country. If your country isn't listed, email [email protected] and we'll see what we can do. -
How do I care for my NFC card?
NFC cards are built to last! They're made from durable stainless steel or brass, so they're resistant to scratches, water, and everyday wear. However, to keep them looking their best:
• Avoid bending or applying excessive force
• Keep away from strong magnets (though the NFC chip is well-protected)
• Clean with a soft, damp cloth if needed
• Store in a card holder or wallet to prevent scratches
• The NFC functionality will work even if the card gets slightly scratched—the chip is embedded deep within the card. -

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your purchase. If your order hasn't entered production yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Once production begins, we can't offer refunds, but we'll work with you to ensure you're happy with the final product. For defective cards, we offer free replacements under our lifetime warranty. Can I order cards with different designs for each card?
Currently, each order uses one design for all cards in that order. If you need multiple different designs, please place separate orders for each design. For bulk orders with multiple designs (e.g., different employee cards), contact us at [email protected] and we can arrange a custom solution for your needs.
